Roccesco: The fancy name for this wine came from the particular mix of land from which it came. The vineyard was planted over 30 years ago on the shores of an alluvial valley with a rocky subsoil of decomposition at the bottom of which flowed a small river, now flowing underground.

Harvest: Manual harvest, static clarification and fermentation at a controlled temperature in steel. It lies on the lees all winter then bottle in April the year following the harvest
