If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you can return the product(s) in accordance with this Returns Policy. If you believe that a product you have purchased does not meet a statutory condition or warranty under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair or replacement.

Subject to law, products are returned at your expense and risk. We will send you an email to confirm that we have received your returned product(s). We will then assess the returned product before a return will be accepted, authorised and a refund or replacement issued. Nothing in this Returns Policy limits or negates your statutory consumer rights.

What Is The Returns Period?

CHANGE OF MIND

We accept any returns for change of mind within 30 days from date of delivery. Any returns lodged for change of mind after 30 days will not be accepted. Change of mind returns are only eligible for a refund.

CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

If a product received by you is damaged or faulty, promptly contact us by email at info@berettaaustralia.com or by telephone on 03 9799 5100 to organise for the faulty product to be returned, then return the faulty product with your proof of purchase attached and a written reason detailing the fault or damage and your contact details. Nothing in this Returns Policy reduces or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Once returned to Beretta Australia, if we reasonably assess that your returned product is in fact faulty/damaged and/or in breach of any statutory or express warranty, we will replace your product with an identical product. If we are unable to replace the product with an identical, you may select another stocked product of the same purchase price, or you can opt for a refund of the purchase price of the faulty product.

Returns will not be accepted by Beretta Australia if the fault or damage to the product has been caused by accident or by misuse by either you or a third party or if the product has been modified or tampered with in any way by you or a third party.

When Will I Receive My Refund Or Replacement?

If your returned product is accepted and authorised by us, any refund or replacement will generally be issued within 21 working days from receipt of the returned product. The replacement product will be sent at no charge and you will receive an email once the replacement product has been dispatched.

Once a refund is authorised, it will be issued to your original method of payment.

For clarity, only the cost of the product(s) returned will be refunded. We will not refund any shipping costs.

General

Nothing in this Returns Policy is intended to exclude, alter, limit or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other statutory condition or statutory warranty that may apply.
