Beretta Australia offers Forever Servicing to ensure that a Beretta shotgun’s performance is nothing short of perfection for its lifetime of use with you. It is only for Beretta shotguns imported by Beretta Australia and sold through Beretta Australia’s authorised firearms dealer network.

Contact The Dealer You Bought The Product From

All warranty claims and product returns need to be coordinated with your local Beretta Australia authorised dealer, so the first step is to contact your dealer and they will advise the course of action to take.
In the event that the product needs to be returned to Beretta Australia for assessment, please ensure that your dealer has your direct contact information and that all accessories (scopes, slings, etc.) are removed from the product prior to return to us.

If it pertains to a product bought directly from Beretta Australia’s website, for example clothing, contact us.

Product Warranty Periods

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Aimpoint

Aimpoint guarantees its products to be free from original manufacturer defects in material and/or workmanship under normal use for a period of 2 years for professional or competition use and 10 years for personal use from the date of purchase.

Personal use shall mean: use of the sight in a way that implies less exposure than professional use.Professional or frequent competition use shall mean: daily or highly frequent use of the sight in professional activities (military or law enforcement) or under conditions that could be compared to as professional.

The warranty is valid provided that the sight has not been misused, disassembled or tampered with in any way. Any attempt to disassemble or repair the product will void the warranty.

The warranty agreement is limited to the original owner and is not transferable.

Any warranty claim must be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt showing date of purchase.

Benelli

BENELLI ARMI S.p.A. guarantees all metal parts of its shotguns and rifles to be free of defects in manufacturing and materials for a period of 5 years from the date of purchase as proven by a fiscal receipt. During this period, the products covered by this warranty shall be repaired free of charge by Benelli’s Technical Assistance Centre in Urbino, Italy, or by an Authorised Benelli Service Centre. The purchaser remains liable for all shipping costs.
The warranty period commences on the original date of purchase: replacement or repair of any components will not result in an extension of the guarantee period.
Under no circumstances shall the complete firearm be replaced.
This warranty excludes all damage caused by negligence, inadequate maintenance, tampering, repair by unauthorised persons, the use of ammunition that does not conform to international standards, manually loaded and/or reloaded ammunition, improper use of the firearm, failure to comply with the safety precautions given in the use and maintenance manual, and by events not deriving from the normal use and functioning the firearm.
BENELLI ARMI S.p.A. declines all responsibility for injury to persons or animals or damage to property caused directly or indirectly by lack of care and/or skill in handling the firearm, or by any of the conditions listed above.

Beretta

Beretta firearms carry a One-Year Limited Warranty to the original purchaser for defects in materials or workmanship. If the original purchaser registers their firearm with Beretta Australia, they automatically receive an additional two years of warranty coverage for a total of three years.

Beretta Firearms Warranty Information
The Manufacturer warrants that this firearm was manufactured free of defects in material or workmanship; and for a period of one (1) year after date of original purchase, the Manufacturer and/or its local official Distributor/s (as listed here) agree to correct any such defect in this firearm by repair or replacement (at their discretion and, if the firearm is to be replaced, with the same or a comparable quality firearm). The Manufacturer does not warrant the wood (stock and forend), grips or metal finish with respect to finish, matching of pieces, dents, scratches, cut, dings, etc. which are or should be apparent to the purchaser when the product is purchased. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect this particular product prior to purchase to ensure that it is free from defects or damage. This Warranty is effective from the original retail purchase of the firearm only. Beretta

The terms of this Warranty cannot be changed except in writing by an officer of the Manufacturer or its local official Distributor. Wholesalers, dealers or gunsmiths (unless they are a repair station authorized by the Manufacturer and/or by it local official Distributor/s) are not authorized to make any warranty repair or adjustment on behalf of the Manufacturer. This Warranty gives only the original personal retail purchaser specific legal rights.

EXTENSION OF THE WARRANTY REPAIR PERIOD
Please note that the warranty repair period will be extended from one (1) year to three (3) years after date of original purchase on the condition that you complete and return to the Manufacturer (for firearms purchased in Italy) or to its local official Distributor/s in your country (as named here) within thirty days (30) days from the date of original purchase, the enclosed Owner’s Warranty/Registration Card along with a copy of your sales receipt, provided however, that replacement of wood due to defects which could not have been determined prior to purchase will only be made within a period of one year from the date of original purchase.

ONLINE WARRANTY REGISTRATION
Submission of the Owner’s Warranty/Registration Card and a copy of the sales receipt is not required if the firearm is registered online at the official web site of Beretta Australia at www.berettaaustralia.com. The sales receipt must be retained and a copy submitted with the firearm in the event that warranty repairs are required.
Product Registration is only available to residents of Australia. Residents of other countries must register their firearm with their local official distributor as specified in the warranty booklet that accompanied their firearm.

Burris

Every Burris optic is covered by the Burris Forever Warranty™. We will repair or replace your Burris optic if it is damaged or defective. The warranty is automatically transferred to future owners.

7-Year Limited Warranty
A new Franchi firearm is warranted only to the original retail purchaser for 7 years from date of
purchase. We do recommend keeping a copy of your original proof of purchase.
• This warranty applies only if the firearm was purchased from an authorized Franchi dealer in Australia
• Beretta Australia will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any Franchi firearm that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
• Parts and labor are included. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect this particular product prior to purchase to ensure that it is free from defects or damage.

Replacement Firearms
• If Beretta Australia replaces a Franchi firearm under this warranty, you will receive a new 7-year warranty.
• Beretta Australia will return replacement firearms to you via prepaid freight.

What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by…
• Misuse or accidents
• Failure to provide proper care or maintenance
• Failure to comply with instructions in the manual
• Normal wear and tear
• Rust or corrosion
• Obstructions in the barrel
This warranty does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of any Franchi product. Any unauthorized alteration or modification of the firearm will void this warranty.
Beretta Australia/Franchi shall not be responsible for any claims involving this firearm that result from the use of faulty, non-standard, remanufactured or reloaded ammunition.
Beretta Australia/Franchi assumes no liability for consequential, punitive or other damages (except as set forth herein) related to any product failure or warranty claim.
Beretta Australia/Franchi does not authorize any dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or to make any other express warranties.

Nextorch

HASSLE-FREE WARRANTY

NEXTORCH® warrants our products to be free from any defects in workmanship and/or materials.  Within 15 days since the date of purchase, if they are predicated to be defective at our discretion, we guarantee to replace them. NEXTORCH® reserves the right to replace an obsolete product with a current production.

NEXTORCH® provides free maintenance service for products with quality problems under normal use within 5 years since the purchase date. But the quality problems does not include lamp burning out, batteries draining, switches wearing out and damages resulting from abnormal use, abuse, neglect, battery damage, use of other than NEXTORCH® brand batteries or accessories, unauthorized modifications or repairs from their original state.

The above warranty excludes accessories, while chargers and rechargeable batteries are covered within one year.

In the event that any issues with a NEXTORCH® product are not covered under this warranty, NEXTORCH® can arrange to have the product repaired for a reasonable fee.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER

The above warranty is exclusive, and to the extent permitted by application laws, shall be in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose.

NEXTORCH® disclaims any and all liability for product malfunctions, physical injuries, or property damage that result in a whole, or in part, from the criminal, negligent, or improper use of the product, or from modifications or alterations thereto.

In no event shall NEXTORCH® liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages relating to the purchase, use, or performance of any NEXTORCH® product.

Sako

SAKO LIMITED WARRANTY

Sako rifles have a 2 years guarantee. The rifles are inspected according to the rules of international organisation C.I.P.
The products are guaranteed against possible defects in material or workmanship. In case of defect, please send the gun together with the guarantee card to your local Sako dealer or importer.

SAKO FIREARMS WARRANTY INFORMATION
The Manufacturer warrants that this firearm was manufactured free of defects in material or workmanship; and for a period of two (2) years after date of original purchase, the Manufacturer and/or its local official Distributor/s agree to correct any such defect in this firearm by repair or replacement (at their discretion and, if the firearm is to be replaced, with the same or a comparable quality firearm). STEINER HERITAGE™ WARRANTY – FOR THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT

COVERS GS3/RANGER/T5XI AND PREDATOR SERIES SCOPES, RINGS AND MOUNTS

Valid in Australia only on select items manufactured since 2014.

We will repair or replace the product at no charge to you. The Steiner Heritage Warranty does not cover loss, theft, deliberate damage or cosmetic damage that does not hinder the performance of the product.

  • No warranty card needed.
  • No receipt is required.
  • Warranty is fully transferable to future owners of the product.
  • Excludes electronic components which are covered by a 3-year warranty.
  • Excludes accessories.

Products manufactured prior to 2014 and those not included in the stated ranges are covered by the warranty as stated on the original packaging.

*Electronics are not covered under the Steiner Heritage Warranty

Stoeger Airguns

All Stoeger Airguns carry a limited 2 year warranty.
Stoeger Industries to You – This new Stoeger Airgun is warranted only to the original retail purchaser, for two years from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the
product was purchased from an authorized Stoeger reseller in Australia.
Stoeger will at its option, repair or replace without charge any product fails due to a defect in workmanship or materials. Parts and labor are included. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty. If Stoeger replaces an airgun under its original warranty, you will receive a new two year warranty. Stoeger will return replacement airgun to you freight prepaid.

PACK OR SHIP LOADED AIRGUNS.
Return the complete unloaded airgun with a detailed description of the problem. You must provide Beretta Australia satisfactory proof of the date of original purchase if the warranty registration is not on file. Only a sales receipt or properly completed warranty registration card for a new Stoeger airgun will establish eligibility for warranty repairs
when a product is returned. You must provide proof of the date you purchased a new Stoeger product at the time you send a product for warranty repair.

What is Not Covered – The warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by:
1) Misuse or accident
2) Failure to provide proper care and maintenance
3) Failure to comply with instructions in the owner’s manual
4) Normal wear and tear
5) Rust or corrosion
6) Obstruction in the barrel.

All wooden parts are excluded from warranty repairs. This warranty does not cover claims made by the subsequent owner of any Stoeger product.
ANY UNAUTHORIZED ALTERATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE AIRGUN WILL VOID THE WARRANTY.
STOEGER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLAIMS INVOLVING AIRGUN THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OF NON STANDARD OR REUSED PELLETS.
IN NO EVENT SHALL STOEGER INDUSTRIES BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
The warranty gives specific legal rights, and so you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Beretta Australia authorizes no dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or make any other express warranties.

Stoeger Turkey

STOEGER FIREARMS 5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

A new Stoeger firearm is warranted only to the original retail purchaser for 5 years from the date of purchase. You do not need to register your firearm (online or warranty card) to be covered by the warranty. The warranty will be validated by the serial number of your firearm. We do recommend keeping a copy of your original proof of purchase.

  • This warranty applies only if the firearm was purchased from an authorized Beretta Australia dealer in Australia.
  • Stoeger Industries will, at its option, repair or replace, without charge, any Stoeger Industries firearm that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship.
  • Parts and labor are included. Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty.

REPLACEMENT FIREARMS

  • If Stoeger Industries replaces a firearm under this warranty, you will receive a new 5-year warranty.
  • Stoeger Industries will return replacement firearms to you via prepaid freight.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by…

  • Misuse or accidents
  • Failure to provide proper care or maintenance
  • Failure to comply with instructions in the manual
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Rust or corrosion
  • Obstructions in the barrel

This warranty also does not cover…

  • Correction of problems related to non-factory repair work
  • Any work performed on a firearm after its warranty period has expired
  • Any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of any Stoeger product.

TIKKA LIMITED WARRANTY

This 1-year limited warranty applies to only those Uberti firearms imported by Beretta Australia. A new Uberti firearm is warranted only to the original retail purchaser, for 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only if the firearm was purchased from an authorized Uberti dealer in Australia.

You do not need to register your firearm (online or warranty card) to be covered by the warranty. The warranty will be validated by the serial number of your firearm. We do recommend keeping a copy of your original proof of purchase.

Uberti will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any Uberti firearm that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Parts and labor are included. Factory-trained Australian gunsmiths use only genuine Uberti parts. Uberti will return replacement firearms to you freight prepaid.

Repairs are warranted for the duration of the original warranty. If Uberti replaces a firearm under this warranty, you will receive a new 1-year warranty.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

This warranty does not cover defects or damage caused by…

  • Misuse or accidents
  • Failure to provide proper care or maintenance
  • Failure to comply with instructions in the manual
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Rust or corrosion
  • Obstructions in the barrel

This warranty does not cover any claims made by the second or subsequent owner of any Uberti product.

Any unauthorized alteration or modification of the firearm will void this warranty. Uberti shall not be responsible for any claims involving this firearm that result from the use of faulty, non-standard, high-pressure, remanufactured, or reloaded ammunition.

Uberti assumes no liability for consequential, punitive, or other damages (except as set forth herein) related to any product failure or warranty claim.

Uberti does not authorize any dealer or any other person to vary the terms of this warranty or to make any other express warranties.

Victrix

All Victrix rifles have 2-year warranty. The products are guaranteed against possible defects in the material used or workmanship.
