The Tikka UPR was like virtually every other Tikka that I’ve reviewed, silky smooth action, comfortable to shoot and sub-moa accuracy. I liked the UPR stock and it made shooting out to 1000 yards very enjoyable. I couldn’t find a fault with the rifle.
